We offer a service where you can have your income tax returns prepared and lodged electronically. If you are travelling and don’t have access to a scanner you can sign your tax returns in a secure place in the cloud. These days many bankers and other credit facilitators request that you email your financials and related information to them. We provide all documents electronically via our (very) secure DropBox facility. You don’t need to have a DropBox account to access your documents – just the ability to save them to your computer. This also keeps our costs down and speeds up the whole process of finalising your tax work. Of course should you prefer to have your documentation printed out and in a bound copy we can do that too.
Apart from tax work we can also register (and deregister) your business for GST and PAYG. We can prepare and lodge your business activity statements and help you understand when they will be due. We are registered ASIC agents so we can assist with ASIC returns, business name registrations and other corporate transactions. Do you need intellectual property protection? Accounting & Bookkeeping
We are proponents of cloud based accountancy software. We find working this way has revolutionised the way that we can do business with our clients. Once set up, you decided who can have access to your data (and who can’t) at the click of a mouse. Just some of the advantages are:
- We can both log in at the same time to discuss transactions that you may need assistance with
- Automatic bank feeds are available
- Seamless updates of the software occur whilst you sleep, and
- Secure off-site storage of your data is managed by the software supplier (no more nightly backups required!).
Internet access is a must but these days it is very reliable and cost effective.
We rely heavily on Xero for our accounting and bookkeeping services. We find that for small to medium sized businesses the instant access and functionality of Xero to be second-to-none. Xero accountancy software is the core package and there are hundreds of useful add-ons that are available through their extensive partner network.
For larger businesses that have multiple sites, manufacturing facilities, warehousing and distribution networks in place, we recommend cloud based JCurve Solutions. This is business enterprise software that fully integrates all of your systems in one seamless place. It also allows you to keep growing larger as it is fully compatible with the world leading ERP cloud solution, NetSuite.

Human Resources is becoming a minefield. We rely on the experts for advice in this very legalised area but we can help you manage your payroll functions through your accountancy software.
